If approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item

Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping expenses are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Please note:

  • James & Lucy Dublin is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered according to the shipping carrier’s tracking information.

After this period, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel the shipment.
